Elkhorn Branch Library is located at 110 Richhill Avenue East in Elkhorn.  While the library in Elkhorn started its history at the Masonic Hall in September of 1959, the library has been located at the present address since the early 1970s.

The building is wheelchair accessible and provides over 1300 square feet  in the main section of the library with an additional 285 square feet in the children's section for leisurely borrowing or reading.

Border Regional Library, Elkhorn Branch provides two computers for public use. Although there is no charge to use these computers, there is a time limit of one hour. It is possible to reserve time on the computers by phoning the library.  Both colour and black printing are available for the nominal charge of 25 cents for black and 50 cents for colour. We also have five computers available for public use on the same terms which have been provided through our CAP program.
