Border Regional Library is a three-branch regional public library serving the Town of Virden, Village of Elkhorn, R.M. of Wallace and R.M. of Archie. It is governed by a 12-member board, three from each of the four member municipalities.

Branches are located in Virden, Elkhorn and McAuley, with the administrative office in the Virden branch. Each branch offers informational and recreational reading as well as reference materials.
